Terms of Use
Effective July 16, 2026
These terms govern your use of OpenCode Superapp and the optional Superpowers license provided by MedHue Labs LLC. By using the application or purchasing Superpowers, you agree to them.
Free application
The core application is provided without a time limit. You are responsible for the OpenCode providers, credentials, projects, commands, and third-party services you connect to it, including their fees and terms.
Superpowers license
A Superpowers purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable lifetime license to use the local paid features on up to five active desktop installations. Phone and browser companions do not consume those slots. You may free and reuse slots through recovery.
Offline and Remote behavior
An installation-bound local license has no expiry and can continue offline. Remote is an online service and uses a renewable 30-day entitlement grant. We may change, suspend, or discontinue hosted Remote infrastructure, but that does not expire a valid local Superpowers token.
Restrictions
You may not sell, share, sublicense, forge, bypass, or automate abuse of licensing credentials; interfere with the service; use Remote to access systems without authorization; or violate applicable law.
Software and availability
The application is provided as available. Features may change during development, and integrations depend on macOS, OpenCode, providers, and third-party services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
Refunds and termination
The Refund Policy is incorporated into these terms. A refund, chargeback, dispute, or material breach may stop future activations and Remote grant renewal. Because local tokens are intentionally offline-capable, a token already issued to a device may remain usable after its slot is freed or a purchase is refunded.
