Refund Policy

Effective July 16, 2026

You may request a full refund for Superpowers within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@opencodesuper.app from the purchase email. This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights available under applicable law.

What to include

Include the purchase email and, if available, the Stripe receipt or checkout identifier. Do not send payment-card details, license tokens, computer serial numbers, or provider credentials.

What a refund changes

Once Stripe confirms a full refund, the entitlement cannot create new activations and will not receive renewed Remote grants. Remote therefore stops no later than the end of a current 30-day grant.

Offline licenses

Superpowers is intentionally local-first. An installation-bound lifetime token already delivered to a Mac has no online expiry and cannot be forcibly removed while that Mac remains offline. Requesting a refund does not require installing remote-control or revocation software.

Partial refunds, disputes, and promotions

Partial refunds do not automatically revoke the entitlement. An open payment dispute pauses Remote renewal and new activations until it is resolved. Refund values reflect the amount actually paid after any promotion code and applicable tax treatment.
